I am a certified hypnotherapist based in South Warrington, supporting clients from the local area and beyond. In my practice, I use both hypnotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), to help people create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.

My own experience with hypnotherapy has been life-changing, and that is what inspired me to train so that I can share these powerful techniques with others.

How Can Hypnotherapy Help You?

Hypnotherapy is a technique that aims to tap into the subconscious mind to bring about positive changes in your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. It is a safe and effective approach that empowers you to take control of your own healing process.

Using relaxation and guided focus, hypnotherapy helps you enter a calm, natural state where your attention is more inwardly focused. In this state of deep relaxation, your mind becomes more open and responsive to positive suggestions, making it easier to explore and shift the beliefs or patterns that may be holding you back.

What is NLP?

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is all about helping you understand the connection between your mind, your language, and your patterns of behaviour. The way we think and speak shapes how we feel and act and sometimes those patterns can hold us back. NLP offers simple but powerful techniques to help you change those patterns so that you can feel more in control and can create the outcomes you really want.

Rather than focusing only on the problem, NLP is solution-focused. Together we look at how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours are connected, and use practical tools to shift them in a positive direction. This might include learning how to reframe unhelpful thoughts, strengthening your confidence, or finding new ways to manage your emotions.
